Befor~ me, the undersigned officer z~uly authorized t~
administer oaths, this day personally appeared BERNETT MECHANIC,
who, being by me first duly sworn acc~rding to law, upon her
oath deposes and s ays th at affiant is familiar with the family
history of LIZZIE SM1~LL, deceased, who was the awner of an undi- :
vided one-faurth interest in and to the real property in St. E
Lucie County, Florida, described as:
l~ots 13 and 14 of Block 3 of Lincoln '
Park No. 2 according to the plat of
said subdivi~ion on file in Plat Book
3, at page 4, in the office of the
Clerk Circuit Court of St. Lucie
County, Florida .
And that said decedent died intestate an the 7th day of January,
1952, while a resident and citizen of Fort Pierce, Florida. And
affiant further states that said deceased left surviving the
following persons, as heirs or otherwise interested in the above
de~cribed prop~rty and estate: JAMES SMALL, the surviving spouse
of said deceased, and four chilclrer~ ~orn of the first marriage of
said deceased, to wit: SAMMIE MAJOR, who resides at 54 Maple
Avenue, New London, Connecticut, and ZNE~ BELL, BERNZCE GIBSON
and affiant, BERNETT MECHANIC, all of whom are residen~s of Fort
Pierce, Florida. And affiant further states that said decedent
left no other cr~i~ldren or adopted children or descendents of de-
ceased children or adopted children. And affiant further states =
that all of the above named persons are over the age of twenty-
one years .
