For value received, I, we, or either of us, promise ta pay without defalcation, to the order of
HARRIS CONSTRUCTiON CORPORATtAN, at iheir offic,e in Fort Pierce, Florida, the sum af a I00_OjL~
with interest from date at the ~ate of ~Q~O °io per annum, in monthly installments as follows:
- on the _~l~~h day of ~ril .1965 and a like sum ~n the corres{~onding
day of each like succeed~ng month thereafter for a period of months, at which time the entire unpaid
balance becomes due and payable on demand.

due date and a like sum shall be added to each such installment remaining unpaid 7 days after each succeed-
ing payment date.

Each installment first shall be applied in ihe payment qf the interest and then on the unpaid balan~e I
of the principal sum. If defauit is made in the payment of any installment when due, then at the option of ,
fihe holder, and without any other notice, al1 the remaining installments shall be due and payable at once.
i Privilege is given to pay two or more insiallments at any installment maturity date, b~t this shall not extend
I the time of maturity of any subsequent instaliment. Neither forbearance, nor arceptance by the holder
~ hereof after any default in any payment hereon, shall be deemed extension.
Each maker, surety and endorser hereof, jointly and severally, waives demand, presentment, protest ~
and notice of protest for non-payment, and further agrees to any extension of time of payment, either before ~
or after maturity, without notice ta any of us; anci to pay all costs of callectian, including a reasanable attor- f
~ ney's fee in the event of any default hereunder, and hereby severally waives all benefit of homestead and ~
~ exemption under th~ Constitution and iaws of ~ach State of the United States, as ayainst this obligation or I
ary extension c~f renev~al hereof.
