THIS INDENTURE, Executed this day of December, 1965, ~
between STEFANIA KOBI~RSKA, as Executrix of the Estate of Reverend
Jaseph Bogaczyk, deceased, Party of th~ First Part, and S~`EFp,1~TIA
KOBIERSKA, a single adult, 111 North 21st Street, Fort l~ierce, St.
Lucie Caunty, F1~rida, Party of the Secand Part,
WITNESSETH~ That, Whereas, the County Judge of St. Lu~ie
County, Florida, on the 16th day of December, 1965, among other
things, ordered ~hat the Party of the First Part execute a Deed ta
the Party of the Second Part,
NOWr THEREF~RE~ This Indenture Witnesse~.hz That the said
STEFANIA KOBIERSKp,, as Executrix of the Estiate of Reverend Joseph
Bogaczyk, in pursuance of the Order nf the said Court, and in ;
con~ideration af the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable
consideration, paid by the Party of the Second Part, the receipt
wnereof is hereby acknowledged, the Party of the First Part has
g~ranted, bargained, sold, ar~d by these presents does grant, bargain,

sell, alien, release, convey and confirm unto the Party af the
Second Pa~t and to her heirs, executars, administrators and assigns
forever, that certain parcel of land in S~t. Lucie County, ~'lorida,
described as follows, to-wit:
Lots 3 and 4, Block 8, Florianna Park, as
recorded in Plat Book 2, ~t page 7, of the
public records ot St. Lucie County, Florida.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, ~he above described and hereby
granted premises with the appurtenances unto the said Party of the
S~cond Part, and to her heirs, executors, administr~tors and assigns
