5. To keep the premises insuredaga inst loss or darrtage by fire, windatorm and auch other hazards as mav be required by

insurance shall be pavable to Mortgagee. Sucti polioies, and abstraets and other title evidenoe, sha(1 be delivered to end held

6. To flrst obtain the aritten consent of Mortgagee, such consent to be granted or withheld at the sole diacretion of sueh

ment, design or struetural eharacter thereof, (c) maku~ any repairs which involve the remol•al of structurat parts ur the exposuro

9. If Mortg,agor fails to pay any claim, lien or encumbrance which is superior to this mortgage. or, w•hen due, any tax or
