2. That his law firm has represented the ~trazzulla Brathers
Company, a gartnership, since 1946;
3. Tnat he knows of his own knovyledge that when the Strazzulla
Brothers Company, a partnership, received title by d~ed recorded
in Deed Book 116, Page 488, Public Records of St, Lucie County,
Florida, to the above described property, that the partnership
consisted solely of t~iree persons, to wit: Philla.p Strazzull.a,
Dominic Stra~zulla and Frank S~razzulla.

4. That he knows of his awn knowledge that when the above
