by FIRST PARTIES, and to pay all taxes, assessments or im-

land subsequent to the y~ar 1965 and to keep the buildings
upon said premises insu~ed in some company satisfactory to
the PARTIES of the FIRST PART and payable for the parties,
respectively as their interests may ax~p~ar, in a sum not
