RESOLUTION NO. b5-29
WHEREAS, pursuant ~0 5ection 98.031, Florida Statutes,
it is n~ce5sary to alter the following election precinct lines
in St. Lucie County, Florida, prior to January 1, 1966, and
WHEREAS, The IIoard of County Commissioners af St. Lucie
County, Florida has approved and concurred with the recommenda-
tions of the Supervisar of Elections of said County as to the
alteration of election precinct lines as hereinafter established,
described and designat~d.
NOWr THEREFOREt BE IT Rs^.SOLVED by the Baard of County Com-
missioners of St. Lucie County, r^lorida in meetiing assembled
tl-iis 21st day of December, 1965, as follows:
SECTION 1. The boundaries of Election Precinct No. 4A
are hereby altered and fixed to comprise the following area, tc--
wit:
Beginning at the intersection of th~ center lines of
Avenue D and .lOth Street in the City of Fort Pierce,
thence run North along the ce:~ter line of lOth S~reet
and lOth Street extended to the center iine of
Avenue Q(Nor.th City Limits of Fort Pierce); thence
run T~vest a~ong the center ].ine of Avenue 4 to th~
inter.section of the center lines ~f Avenue Q and
2ist Street; thence run South along the center lin~
of 21st Street to the center line of Canal No. 4 I
(Moare=s Creek); thenc~ run East along the cer.ter
