For value received, I, we, or either of us, pramise to pay without defalcation, to the order of
HARRIS CONSYRUCTEON CORPOAATlON, at their offiSe in Fort Pierce, ~lorida, th~ sum of $ 1 Qn
with interess from date at the rate of ___10.~ % per ar?num, in monthly instaliments as follaws:

Each installment first shall be applied in the payment of the interest and then on the unpaid balance
of the principa! sum. If default is made in the payment af any installment when ciue, then at the aption of
the holder, and without any other notice, all the remaining instaliments shall be due and payable at or~ce.
Privilec~e is given to pay two or more installments at any installment meturity date, but this shal! not extend
the time of maturity of any subsequent instaifinent. Neither forbearance, nor acceptance by the holder
hereof ar'ter any default in any peyment hereon, shal! be deemed extension. i) ~
Each maker, surety and endorser hereof, jointiy and severaliy, waives demand, presentment, protest ~ ~
and notice of protest for non-payment, and further agrees to any extension of time of payrr~ent, either b~fore
or after maturity, without notice to any of us; and to pay al) costs af collection, including a reasonable attor-
ney's fee in the event of any default hereunder, and hsreby severa!!y waives all benefif of homesfiead and
exemption under the Constitution and iaws of each State of the United States, as against this obligation or
any extension of rer~ewal hereef. ~
