This Third 5upplernental Indenture dated a~ of the 1?th day of

and existing under the laws ot the State ~f Florida (hereinafter called
"Company"), party of the first paxt, and HARRIS TRUS'T ANL~ SAVINGS HANK,
a bankir.g corporation crganized and existing under the laws ~f the S~gte ~
of Illinois, and M. C. GREIGG of 607 O~ceola Rc~ad, Clearwater, Florida I
(hereinafter calZed the "Trustees"~, pa..rties of the second part:

hereby covenants and agrees w~th the Zrustees as follows:
