THIS MORTGAGE MO~IFICATION A~REEMENT made and entered into this
2'jt~ day of December, 1965, by and between ii. C. STONE and WYONA STONE,
his wife, hereinafter referred to as Mort~agar, and ATICO FINANCIAL CORPORA-
TION, hereinafter referred to as Mortgagee,
W I T N E S S E T H:
WHEREAS, W. C. STONE and WYONA STONE, his wife, made and issued
their one promissary not~e date~ the 20th day of September, 1965, in the
amount of Twenty-Six Thousand Five Hundred and No/100 ($26,500.00) Dollars, ~
payable to the order of ATICO FIN~NCIAL CORPORATION, and to secure the sarue
the said W. C. STONE and WYONA STC:~, his wife, executed a mortgage likewise
dated September 20, 1965, conveying unto the Mortgagee the following described
property, to wit:
Lot 20, Biock "'L" of MARAVILI~1 ESTATES,
according to the Plat Chereof recorded
in Plat Book 8, Page 77, of the Public
Records nf St, LuGie County, Florida,
which sai.d mort~ge was recarded on September 20, 1965, in Official Records

Book 127, at Page 81, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, th2 said mortgage and note provided that the first monthly
payment of One Hundred Sixty-Six and 95/100 ($166.35) Dollars shall be due
' and payable on the lst day of April, 1966, with the final pay°ment of the
entire indebtednes,s becor~ing due and payable nn the lst day of March 1991;

and
WHEREAS, the parties have agreed to modif y said note and mortgage
so as to make the first monthLy payment to become due and payable on Febrtiary
1, 1966, and the final paycnent of the entire indebtedness to become due and
payable on the lst day of January, 1991; ~
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual Govenants herein ~
cantained and One ($1.00} Dollar and oth~r good and r~aluable consideration~,
moving from each party to the ottier, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, ;
the said Mortgagor and Mortgage~ mutually covenan~ and agree as follows: ~
1. That the princi.pal baJ.ance of sai3 note and mortgage is the
sum of 'Iwenty-Six Thousand Five Hundred and No/100 ($26,500.00) ~~Llars with
interest du.e therean from DBC. 2'jth 1965.
