95/100 ($166.95) Dollars shall become due and payable on said note and
mortgage on the lst day of February, 1966, and a aike payment shall become
~ due and payable on the lst day of each month thereafter until the principal
and interest are fully paid, except that the final payment of the entire
indebtedness evidenced hereby shall be due and payable on the lst day of
January, 1991.
3. That any breach af this agreement shall have the same effect
as a breach of the said mortgage and note.
And Che Martgagor, in c onsideration af the sum of One ($1.b0)
Dollar in hand paid, and in order to obtain this madification agreement,
does hereby covenant and declar~ to the Mortgagee and to any subsequent
holders of said u~ortgage and note, that the said mortgage is a valid first
lien on the psemises therein described in ttte amount of Twenty-Six Thousand
Five Hunc~red and No/100 ($26,500.00) Dollars with interest thereon at the
rate of five and three-fourths (5-3/4%) per cent per annum; that there are
no defenses or offsets to said mortgage n~r to the note which it secures,
but all of thE provisions of said note and mortgage are unmodified and in
full force and effect, except as the same are modified by this agreement,
and the Mortgagor makes this covenant and declaration to induce any subsequent
holder of said note and mortgage to purchase the same in reliance thereon, and
represents that the said Mortgagar now owns the premises described in said
mortgage.
It is further agr.eed that except ~s herein modified, nothins~ herein
contained shall waive, alter or affect any provision,condition, covenant or
agreement contained in said n~te and mortgage, nor affect or impair any rights,

powers or remedies under said note and mortgage, or either of tt~em. ~
