ARTICLES OF AGREEMENT
Made this 6th day of April, 19h5, by and between
ROSE GREEN, a widow, hereinafter referred to as"PARTY OF

W I T N E S S E T H:
That if the said PARTIES OF THE SECOND PART shall
first make the payments and perf~rm thP covenants herein-
after mentioned cn their part to be made and performed,
PARTY OF THE FIRST PART hereby Govenan~s and agrees to
convey and assure to said PARTIES OF THr: SECOND PART,
their heirs, executors, administrators or assigns, in fee
simple, free of all encumbrances, by a good and sufficient

Said PARTSES UF THE SECOND PART hereby covenan} and
agree to pay all taxes, assessments or im~ositions that
