TC7GETHER with the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto `
belon~ing, and the reversions~ remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof. AND
ALSO, alt the ~state, right, title, interest, duwer and right of dower, separate estate,
property, possession, claim, and demand whatsoever of the said Mortgagor of, in
and to the same, and every part and parcel thereof, with the appurtenances.
TO HAVE AND TU HOLD the above described prernises unto the Mortgagee, its
successors and assigns, to it and its own proper use, benefit and behoof forever, AND

pay unto the said Mortgagee, its successors or assigns, as is prnvided for in the afore-
said indemnity agreement, all sums of money, if any, which it has paid or may here-

covenants of said indeinnity agreement and of this mortgage, and shall duly pay all taxes,
and all insurance premiums reasonabiy requirPd, and alt cQSts ~nd expenses, including a
reasonable attorney's fee, which said Mortgagee may incur in cotlecting the money secured
by this Mortgage, including the enfor~ement of this rnortgage by suit or otherwise, THEN
this mortgage and ths estate hereby granted, shall be null and void.
