MORTGAGE MODIFICATIO~I AGREEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that tha~ cer~ain Mortgage
executed by James R. Spletsotoser and ~"rances C. Spletstoser~, his wife,
I Mortgagors, with Citizens Federal Savings and Loan Assn. of Saint
Lucie County, Flnrida, Mortgagee~ in the original amount of $7,000.00,
and recorded in U. R. Book 124, at Page 297-298, Public Records, Saint
Lucie Caunty, Florida, and that second mor~ga~e executed by the same
Mori~gagors to the same Mortgagee and dated Dece:nber 28, 1965 and filed
in O. R. Book I3~ , at PageS17 , Public Records, Saint Lucie County,
Flo~ida are hereby merged as though they were one Mortgage, with the
priority of the mortgage being tha~t c~f the mortgage recorded in O. R.
Book 124, at Pages 297-298, and that the intzrest rate of each mortgage
shall be 6.25 per-cent from the date hereof, and that the said mort-
gage recorded in O. R. Baok 124 at Pages 297-298, be in the same as
hereby modified to be 6.25 per-cent, rather than b per-cent as recited
in said Mortgage, and that each of ~he rnortgages herein refered to shall
bear an interest rate of 6.25 per-cen~, and in all other ways, manner
and means, the said mortgages shall remain uneffected and in full force
and effect.
