Use: Le~sor shall comply ~~•ith all laws, ordinances and regulations in any«~ise relatin~; t~ the use, opera-
tion or maintena»ce of the equipment. Lessee shall save lessor harxnless against actual or asserted vio-
lations and pay all costs and expenses of every character occasioned by and arising out of such us~. If
lessor supplies lessee «~ith labels stating that the equipment is owned by lessor, lessee shall affix and
keeg the same upon a prominent. glace on the equipment.
5. Inspection: ~t all time5 during buainess hours, lesscr shall have the right ta inspect. the equipment or
obserre its use, ancl may remove the equipment forthwith, without notice to lessee, if the ec~uipment i~,
in the opinion of the lessor, being improperly careci foi• or abt~sed.
6. :'1lterations: ~Vithout the prior itteii consent of Iessor, lessee shall net niake a~:5~ alterations, additions
or improvements to the equipment. ~?11 additioiis and improvementa of ~~hatsoe~~er kind or nature macle
to ~he equipment shall belon~,r to and become the property of lessar upon the espiration or earlier termi-
r~ation of this lease.
i. Repairs: Lessee shall inspect the equipment «•ithin 48 hours after its rece~pt; unle.~s ti~;ithi~i said tin:e,

necessar5~ repairs, m~inter?ance, operation and replacernent;.

ment from any and ever~~ cause tr•hatsoever. :o loss or damage to the equipnient or anv part thereof
