CONTRACT
T[!IS CONTRACT entered into ttiis 29th clay of December, 1965,
by and between Venia A. Reinhart, a single adult, hereinafter
referred to as "Seller", and Willie I'. Creel and I~orothy J. Creel,
' his wife, residents of St. Lucie County, Florida, hereinafter
referrecl to as "F'urchaser",

tVE[~RF:AS, Seller is the fee simPle owner of the followin~
describ.d real property, and the residential c~welling located
thereori, to-.ait:
Lot 9, Block 1, Sabal Palms, a subdivision accordin~
to the plat therenf as recorded i~ ~'lat Book 10,
pa~e 1G, of the public records o~ St. Lucie County,
Florida,
and,
~YI~JEREAS, F'urc}iaser is currently in Possession of said real
property and re~idiii~ in th.e residential dwelling lacated thereon,
ti0j{' THF.RFFOR~, in consideration of the ~remises hereof and
other goocl and valuable considerations, the parties hereto agree
as follows:
1. Seller agrees to sell and Purchascr agrees tn buy the
abave described real prop~rty, exclusive c~f any builrlings ar other
improvements lacated thereon, for the total purchase price of O;~E
TEi0U5AhD DOLLARS ($1,000.00) . Said purchase pri.ce shall be paid and
the sales transaction cc+ntemplated herein shall be closed on or
before February 15, 1966, by nayment of the gurchase priCe and by
delivery of a warranty deed, conveying ~ood and marketable titl.e to
said real pro~erty from Seller to Purchaser; provided, however, in
the event the sales transaction cc~ntemplated hereunder shall fail
to close prior to ~tarch 15= 1966, this agreement shall be null and
void.
2. The parties }iereto agree that they have entered into a
~rior unrecorded Purchase and Ueposit Receint Agreement fnr the
sale and purchase of the resid~ntial dwelling located on the above
described re~l pro~erty, and they fur~her a~ree that the closin~
of said sales transaction for said dwelling shall he held simultan-
eously with the sales transaction for the real property conterrplated
kierein, and Purchaser shall receive credit for the amount of the
purciiasc~ price gaid hereunder a~~inst the purchase ~rice of sai~
dw~zlin~; provided, however, that in the event Purchaser shall not
purchase said dk~elling, and sliall continue to desire to ~omplete
the purchase of th~ above describeci real property, Purch~ser shall
first pay to Seller all costs in connection ~rith movin~ all build-
i~~gs and other structures off of said real property and relacatin~
them at a location to be designated by the Seller.
3. Seller a~rees that Purchaser shall he entitled to Poss~s-
sion of tlie a!~ove described real property until time af closin~
}~ereunder. in accordance eaitn the t~rms of the written unrecorded a~ree-
; i~ent entered into bet~aeen the parties.
