IATION OF ST. LUCI~ COUI~TY, a corporation organized and eaisting
under the lawa of the United States of ~nerica, hereina~ter re-
ferred to es the Mortgagee, the folloWing real esCate in the
County of St. Lucie in the Stete of Florida, to wit:
Lot 1, Block 2, CARVER HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION,
accordinq to a plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 10, at page 19, of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
This is a third mortqage subject to a second mortqage to Citizens
Federal Savings and Loan Association of St. Lucie County in the
amount of $4,500 dated October 21, 1965 anfl filed in O.R. Book 129,
at page 271 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida and
to a first mortqage to Citizens Federal Savings and I.oan Association
of St. Lucie County in the amount of $10,200 dated July 22, 1965 and
filed in O.R. Book 123, at page 385 of the Public Records of St. Lucie
Cour?ty, Florida.

appurtenances now or hereafter erected thereon or placed there-
in, including all~apparatus, equipment, fixtures or articles,
whether in single units or centrally controlled, used to sup- ~
ply heat, gas, ai. conditioning, water, light, power, refrig-
eration, ventilat ion or other services, and any other thing
now or hereafter therein or thereon, the furnishing of which
by lessors to lessees is customary or appropriate, including
screens, window shades, storm doors and windoWS, floor cover-
ings, screen doors, in-a-da~ beds, aWnings, stoves and water f
heaters (all of which are intendsd to be and are hereby de-
clared to be a pert of said real estate whether physically
attached thereto or not); and also together With all ease-
ments an3 the rents, issues and profits of said premises whiah
are hereby pledged, assign ed, transferred and set over unto the ?
