verbatim herein, and recorded pursuant to 695.02, Florida
Statutes, in Official Record Book 138, pages 115-118, of the
public.records of St. Lucie ~ounty, Florida.
In this instrument the singular shall include the plural,
and the masculine sh~ll inciude the feminine end neuter. All
rights and obligations under this mortgage shall extend to and
be bindin~ upon the respective heirs, eaecutors, administrators,
successors and assigns of the i~ortgagor end Mortgagee.
