verbatim herein, and recorded pursuant to 695.02, Florida
Statutes, in Official Record Book 138, page~ 115-118, of the
pudlic records o~' St. Lucie,Gounty, Florida.
In this instrument the singular shall include the plural,
and ths mascul3ne shell include the f~minine and neuter. All
rights and obligati.ons under this mortgege she~ll extend to and
be binding upon the respective heirs, eaecutors, administrators,
successors and assigns of the Mortgagor and Mortgagee.
