SUPPLEMENTARY POWER OF ATTORNEY
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, FRANK H.
FEE, III, of 2821 South Indian River Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida,
having heretofore on the 9th day of October, 1961, executed a General
Power of Attorney in favor of my father, FRANK FEE, of the above
stated address which Power of Attorney is duly recorded in Official
Record Book 20, page 195 of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida; and where~s the undersigned being a member of the Armed
Forces of the United States is about to depart from the limits of the
continental United States and it is deemed necessary to further expand
the powers as set forth in said former instrument to comprehend
vesting authority in my said Attorney to properly handle my affairs
with the Internal Revenue Service of the United States Treasury Depart-
ment;
~ NOW, THEREFORE, I, FRANK H. FEE, III. do hereby

specifically reaffirm all of the powers he-retofore vested in my said

attorney, and I do hereby appoint the said Frank Fee, my attorney, ;

for me and in my name to prepare and execute income tax returns for ~

~ the calendar years 1966 and 1967; and also for me and in my name to ~
act in connection with any audit of an income tax return by me hereto- ~
fore signed for the so-called "Open Years" being the calendar years
1965, 1964, 1963, 1962 and 1961, in connection with which my said
attorney is specifically authorized and empowered to enter into agree-
ments of settlement, receive and cash checks representing overpayment
of t~es and otherwise perform and do all acts and things which I might
