corporation
as the Grantors, and ST. LUCI$ COUNTY, Post Office 8ox 700, Fort
Pierce, Florida, as the Grantee.
WITNESS$TH: That the arantors, in conaideration of the sum of
One Dollar and other,valuable considerations paid, the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant unto the Grantee, its
successors and assigna, a perpetual easement and right of way for
the purpose of cleazing, excavating, constructing and mafntain3ng
outfall and drainage ditchee and drains in, upon and through the
following described'land in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wits

EXCEPTING TI~REFROM the ~ight-of-way for Canal
No. 1 of the Fort Pierce Farms Drainage District,
containing :54 acres, more or less.
AND -
The West 30 feet of the SW'~ of the SW'~ of .Section
32, Township 34 South, Range 40 East, EXCEPTING,
TI~:REFROM the South 697.3 feet containing 0.41 of
an acre, more or less.
TO HAVS AND TO HOLD the same unto the Grantee, its successors
and assigns, together with immunity unto the Grantee, its successors
and assigns, from all claims for damage, if any, arising from or
growing out of such construction or maintenance, to the lands owned
.by the Grantora, lying adjacent or contiguous to the lands herein-
above described.
