est therein mentioned, whether or not this bond be regiatered as
to principal and whether or not any ench conpona be overdne.
In case an event of defanlt, as defined in the Indentnre, occnrs,
the principal of thia bond may bec:ome or may be declared dne
and payable prior to the atated matnrity hereof in the manner
and with the effect and subject to the oonditions provided in the
Indentnre.
No reconrse ahall be bad for the payment of the principal of
or the intereat on this bond, or of any claim baaed hereon or in
reapect hereof or of the Indentnre, against any incorporator,
stockholder, o~cer or director of the Company, or of any anc~oea-
sor oompany, whether by virtne of any etatnte or rnle of law or
by the enforcement of any assessment or penalty or other~vise, all

and released and being also waived and released by the terms of
