(The provieions of paragraphs 2 to 5, inclnsive, of the form
of fnlly registered bond without conpons of Series J shall be
the same as the proviaions of the correaponding parag?rapha of
the form of conpon bond of Series J.)
Notice of any of the aforesaid redemptions, eacept redemp-
' tione for the pnrposes of a sinking fnnd, ehall be pnbliahed once
a week for fonr anccessive calendar vPQeks in one c~?ily newepaper
printed in the English langaage and pnblished and of general
ciranlation in the Borough of Manhattan, City and State of New
Yort, and in one snch newapaper pnbliahed and of general ciron- •
lation in the City o! GLicago, State of IIlinois, the flrat anch pnb-
lication to be not more than forty-flve (45) daye nor leaa = than
tLirty (30) days prior to the date Szed for redemption; notice
of redemptione for the pnrposes of the sinking fnnd ahall be
pnblished onae in each of two snccessive calendar weeks in anch
newepapera not more than twenty-five (25) daya nor less than
8fteen (15) daya prior to the date Saed for redemption, all on
tLe oonditions and in the manner prnvided in the Indentnre;
prnvided, however, that if all the ontstanding bonda of this series
are registered bonda withont conpons and if tLe Company or the
Trastee shell have either given notioe of any ancb redemption by

This bond is transferable by the registered owner hereof, in

~t said office for cancellation and upon preaentation of a~vritten
inatrnment of tranafer dnly eaecnted, and therenpon the Com-
~ pany shall isane in the name of the transferee or transferees,
and the Trnatee shall anthenticate and deliver, a new registered
bond or bonds, of like form and in an anthori~.ed denomination
or in anthori~ed denominationa and of the same aeries, for tLe
~ same aggregate principal amonnt; fnlly regiatered bonds with-
ont oonpons of thia series npon anrrender thereof at said office
~ may be eachanged for the same aggregate principal amonnt of
fnlly registered bonds of thia seriea of another anthorized de-
nomination or other anthorized denominations and/or for conpon
bonda of this series of the denomination of $1,000 with conpons
