fore conveyed to the Trnstees by the Original Indentnre, the First

mental Indentnre, or by t~vo or more or all of thein, and all premises,
property, franahiees and righta of every ~ind and deeaription, reel,
personal and miaed, tangible and intangible, hereafter aoqnired by it,
ezcept personal propertp of the natnre of that ezpreasly reeerved and

property or any thereof with the reveraion and reversione, rea~sinder

Original Indentnre) the tolls, rents, revennea, isenea, earninge, inoome,
prodncts and profita thereof, and all the estate, right, tit~ie and intereat
and claim whatsoever, at law ae well sa in eqaity, whiah the Company
now has or may hereafter aoqnire in and to the aforesaid property
and franchiaes and every part and parcel thereof.
