$aQriox 1. There sLall be and is hereby areated a seriea of bonda
entitled '~Firat Mortgagre Bonds, 8eries J" (hereinaftsr aometimea
referred to as '~8eriea J bonds" or "bonde of 8eriea J"). Seriea J
bonde el~all be c~onpon bonde of the denomination of $1,000 eaah, regis-
trable as to prinoipal, and fnlly reg'letered bonds withont oonponB of
the denomination of $1,000 and multiples thereof. The oonpon bonde
~ of Beriea J and the regiatered bonde of $eries J issned pnrsnant to
Section 7 oi this Article I ahall be dated March 1, 1966. Other regis-
tered bonde of $eries J witho~ oonpons eball be dated as provided
in 8eetion 12 of the Original Indentnre. All Seriee J bonde aLall
matnre Maresh 1,.1991 and ahall bear intereet at the rate of five and
ten-one hnndredtLs per cent. (5.1096) per annum from their reapeotive
dates, anch interest to be payable eemi-annnally on the first day of
March and the Srst day of iSeptember in eaah year. Both the prinaipal
of and the interest on bonds of $eries J ahall be payable at the office
~E or agenay o! the Company in the City of Chioago, Illinoie, in lawfnl
` money of the IInited Btatea of America. The tezts of the oonpon and

E c~onpon bonda sLall be reapeetively anbstantially of the tenor and

Anything oontained in $ection 16 of the Original Indentnre to the
oontrary notwitbatanding, the 8eriea J bonda may be engraved, litho-
graphed or printed on steel engraved borders, and ahall be ezecnted
on behalf of the Company in its corporate name with the mannal or
fac~simile eignatnre of its Preaident or one of its Vioe Presidenta
~ ' under ite oorporate seal atteated by the mannal or facaimile eignatnre
~ of ite Secretarp or one of its Assistant ~retariea. $nch seal may
~ be in the form of a facaimile of the Company'e aeal and may be im-
~x _ printed or impressed ~pon the Beriea J bonds. In case anp of the
~x officers who aball have sig?ned or sealed any of the Seriea J bonds Shall
~ cease to be anch o$'icer or officera of the Company before the $eriea J
