Provided, however, that in lien of depositing all or a part of snch moneys the Company may satiafy the sin~ing fund payment, in whole or in part, in any year by depositing with the Trnatee $eries J bonds theretofore issned and ontstanding hereunder, anch bonds to be oredited at the principal amonnt thereof, or, in whole or in part, in any year, by certifying to the Trastee nnfnnded net property additiona in an amount eqnal to the ain~ng fnnd reqniremenk IInfnnded net property additions so credited may not thereafter be made the basis for the issnance of bonds, the witLdrawal of cash or the taking of credit under any prnvision of the Indentnre. The term "Sinking Fand Certiflcate for Seriea J bonda" as nsed in this $ection and elsewhere in the Indentnre shaIl mean a oerti$caf~e filed by the Company with the Trnatee pnrenant to this i~ection, signed by tLe President or a Vioe President of the Company and a + practicing acoountant (who shall be appointed by the Board of Dire~ ' tors and be satisfactory to the Trastee). On or before the firet day of Febrasry in eac:h of the yeara 1967-199U, both inctnaive, so Zong as any boads of $eries J are ontstanding under the Indentnre, the Company sball deliver to the Trnetee a Sinking Fand Certificate for Seriea J bonds ahowing the einking fund payment for f.ha'E year and the manner in which the Company elec~s to satisfy snch sinking fnnd payment. The Company sLall concnrrently with the delivery to the Trnsfse of snch certificate, deliver to the Trastee the cash, bonds and certificatea neceasary to satiafy anch ainking fund payment in the manner elected by the Company.
