For any ezabange of fnlly reg?istered bonda vvithont conpons for
other fnlly regiatered bonda withont conpons, and, ezcept se Lerein-
after etated, for any ezcLange of fnlly regiatered bonds for conpon
' bonds, the Company, at its option, may require the payment of a anm
sn~cient to reimbnree it for any stamp or other taz or governmental
charge reqnired to be paid by the Company or the Traetee, and in
addition a fnrther smm ~ot in ezcesa of the leaser of (1) the actual coat
of the preparation of each new bond isaned npon anch ezchange and ~
the charges of the Traatee in connection therewith, and (2) Two
Dollars ($2) per bond. The original registered o~vners to Whom the
$5,000,000 of 8eries J bonds shall be initially iaeued in the form of
fnlly regiatered bonds Withont conpons as provided in 8eation 7 0!

8s~ox 9. IIpon the ezecntion of this Thirteenth Snpplemental
Indentnre the Company shall ezecate and deliver to the Trnstee and
the Trastee sball anthenticate and deliver to the Company or npon
the order of the Company bonds of said $eries J in the form of
registered bonds withont oonpons in the aggregate principal amonnt
of Five Million DollarB ($5,000,000) ; snch bonda to be isaned against
unfunded net property additions as provided in Article TV of the
I Original Indenture, sa emended.
