! WARRANTY DEED
THLS INDENTURE, made this 1 ~ day of February, A. D. 1966,
between FRANCES KERR KEZSTER LOWE, joined by her husband, RICHARD
H. LOWE, of the c~T of A N i K~ and State of Virginia, parties
of the first part, and sp~~~ CITRU3 PRODUCTS~ INC,, a Florida Corporatiori
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH:
That the eaid parties of the first part, for and in consideration of the
sum of Ten Dollars (~10. 00) and other good and valuable considerations, to them
in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bar-
gained, sold, aliened, remised, released, enfeoffed, conveyed and confirmed,
and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, enfeoff,
convey and confirm unto the said part of the second part and
fore~er, all that certain parcel of land lying aad being in the County of St. Lucie
and State of Florida, more particularly described as follows:
TRACT NO. 1: West half ( W 1/2) more or less, of all that part_ of
Section 1, Township 36 South, Range 38 East, lying North of State
