verbatim herein, and recorded pursuant to 695.02, Flor ida
Statutes, in Official Record Book 138, peges 115-118, of the
pudlic records of St. Lucie Geunty, Florida.
In this instrument the sin~ular shall include the plural,
and tha masculine shell incluc3e the feminine and neuter. All
rights and obligat ions under this mortgage shell eatend to and
be bindin6 upon the respective heirs, executors, adminiatrators,
successors and assigns of the Mortgagor and Mortgagee.
