In this instrument the sin~ular shall include the plural,
and the masculine sh811 include the feminine and neuter. All
rights and obligat ions under this mortgage shall extend to and
be bindin6 upon the respective heirs, executors, administrators,
successors and assigns of the l~ortgagor and Mortgagee.
