In this instrument the singular shall include the plural,
and the masculine sh~ll include the feminine and neuter. All
rights and obligat iona under this mortgage shall extend to and
be binding upon the respective heirs, executors, administratora,
succes~ora and assigqs of the Mortgegor and Mortgagee.
