TH~S INDENTURE, made and executed the /~2 day of February, 1966, by and
between ROBERT GOODMAN, ae Executor of the Estate of Alice G. Mitchell, deceased,
party of the first part; and MARGARET BLUE, also known as Mrs. Margaret Blue.

WITNESSE TH: ~
That the said party of the first part, by Letters Teeta.mentary ~ranted on the lst
day of November, 1962, by the Honorable George T. Clark, one o: the County Judges of
the County Judges' Court, in and for Dade County, Florida, after having qualified as
required by law, was duly appointed Executor of the Last Will and Testament of Alice G.
Mitchell, deceased, with full power to administer all and singular the good~, chattels,
rights, credits, lands, tenements and hereditaments of the said Alice G. Mitchell,
deceased; that after due notice as required by law an Order approving the accounts, and
directing that distribution be made was entered on October 28, 1965 by the Honorable
George T. Clark, County Judge, in and for Dade County, Florida;
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises, and the sum of One Dollar,
in hand paid by the parties of the second part, r~ceipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
Robert Goodman, as Executor of the Estate of Alice G. Mitchell, deceased, hereby
grants, bargains, alien8, remises, releases, conveys and confirms unto the said parties
of the second p~.rt as fo2lows:
To MARGARET BLUE, also known as Mrs. Malcolm Blue, her heirs
and assigns, an undivided 38-8/q% interest; and
To DOROTHY GAUCHER, her heirs and assigns, an undivided 38-8/9%
interest, and
To PHYLLLS LEAHY, her heirs and assigns, an undivided 22-2/9%
inte rest
in and to that certain real property lying, being and situate in St. Lucie County,
Florida, more particularly described as follows:

Lot 6, Block 253, of PORT ST. LUCIE SUBDNISION, SECTION
FOUR, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 12,
Pages 14 and 14A through 14F, of the ~Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida
This Deed is being given pursuant to Order of Distribution entered on October 28,
1965 by the Honorable George T~ Clark, County Judge of the County Judges' Court, Dade
County, Florida, in the Estate of Alice G. Mitchell, deceased, Probate File No. 5?550-C.
Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appnrtenancss.
thereunto belonging or in any way app~rtaining, to have and to hold the same unto the said
parties of the secon~ p~rt and to their assigns forever. ~
