Executed the day of February, A.D., 1966, by INDIAN
RIVER I~INERAIS, INC., a corporation existing under the Laws of
the State of Florida, and having its principal place of busi-
ness at 250 Arcade Building, Fort Pierce, Florida, party of
the first part, hereinafter called the Mortgagor, to DOROTHY
K. McMILLAN, formerly D~ROTHY K. SCHOEhITH, c/o Wardlow, Knox,
Caudle & wade, Attorneys, City of Charlotte, in the County of ~
Mecklenburg, State of North Carolina, party of the second part,
hereinafter called the Mortgegee.
` WITNESSETH, That for divers good and valuable considera-

tions, and also in consideration of the aggregate sum named in
the promissory note of even date herewith, hereinafter described,
~ the said Mortgagor, doth grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, re-
lease, convey and confirm unto the said Mortgagees, its successore
