3. That, as to all acreage of said Iands released from the '

lien of this mortgage dced, there shail be reserved to the Niort- ~
gagee, her personal representatives, heirs and assigns, a fifty ~
foot (50~) Wide right-of-way and easement for access to all said
lands not so released which shall remain sub~ect to the lien of
this purchase money mortgage.
