THIS MORTGAGE DEED executed this v2 day of February, A, D. , 1966,
by SARGEANT CITRUS PRODUCTS, INC. , a Florida corporation, hereinafter called
the Mortgagor, unto FRANCES KERR LOWE, a married woman, hereinafter called
the Mortgagee,
WITNESSE TH:
THAT for divers good and valuable con8iderations and also in consideration of
the aggregate sums named in the promissory note of even date herewith, hereinafter
described, the Mortgagor does hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, release, convey
and confirm •.into the Mortgagee, her heirs and assigns in fee sim~le all of the follow-
ing described property situate in St. Lucie Cou~ty, Florida, which said property the
said Mortgagor presently owns, to-wit:

of State Road No. 8, and the White City back road, subject to all rights of
ways for public roads and drainage canals; and
