QUITCLAIM DEED
The Grantor, RE BRENNER, an unremarried widow, of
Orange County, Florida, in consideration of one dollar received
~ from the Grantee, hereby grants and conveys to the Grantee,
MACY BRENNBR, whose address is 1607 Camphor Drive, Lakeland,
Florida, the real property described below. .
The N-1/2 of NW-1/4 of Section 8, Township 37
South, Range 38 East, St. Lucie County,
Florida.
The property described above is the same property
conveyed by W. W. Carlton and wife to Re Brenner and Macy
Brenner under deed dated March 30, 1962, ffled for record oa
May 9, 1962, recorded in Official Records Book 36, page 123,
St. Lucie County, Florida. The Grantor also quitclai~s to
the Grantee the easement for roads and canals as granted by
Wright t,1. Carlton and wife to Ruth Huff Brady and others
under instrument dated May 7, 1962, filed for record on May 9,
1962, recorded in Official Records Book 36, page 132, St. Lucie
i County, Florida, to the extent that the easement is appurtenant

~ described above is subject to reciprocal easements for roads
~ and canals as set forth in inetrument between Norman V. Huff
~ and others dated August 1, 1962, filed for record on January
4, 1963, recorded in Official Records Book 53, page 611, St.
