THIS AMBrIDI~NT 1~0 ARTICLBS OF AGR88l~3NT, made and entered
into this ~d af February, 1966 by ar~d between BDMUND M.
and DORIS M. RADKE, his wife, hereinafter called first part3es and
ROBBRT A. JOI~TSON and DOLLY S. .~OHIVSaN, his wife, hereinafter
called second parties;
WHBRBAS, the parties hereto did on December 16, 1965
enter into a certain Articles of Agreement providing for second
parties purchase of certain property upon terms an~d conditions
therein provided; which said Articles of Agreement is on file in
Officii~l Records Book 135 at Page 59 of the Public Records of St.
Lucie O~unty, Florida; and
WHBRBAS, the said Articles of Agreement contains an
erroneous legal clescription of the property covered thereby; which
said erroneous legal description the parties hereto desire to no~v
correctly set forth. ~
NiOW TI~REFORS, in consideration of the sua of $1. ~0 in
hand paid to each of the parties by the other parties said
Articles of Agreement shall be~ and t he same is hereby amended so
that the legal description therein set forth shall now and here-
aftex proper ly read as follows; to--v~rit:
Lot 6 Block 4 of FORT PIBRCB HIGFII.,AND6, .
UrTIT # 1, as per plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book ZO, Fage 29 of the Public
Recards of St. Lucie County, Florida.
TOGETHSR with all improvemerrts thereon.
and said Articles of Agreement as hereby amended is hereby approve
and confirmed in all respects by the parties hereto.
IN WITNESS ~R~OF, the parties hereto have hereunto
set their hands and seals this ~_day of February, 1966.
