THIS AN~NDI~NT~TO ARTICLBS OF AGRBS~NT, made and °
entered into this ~day of February, 1966 by and between
. BDMUI~ID M. RADICB and DORIS M. RADKB, his wife, hereinafter called
first parties and LOTTIB WILLIAMS, a single adult and LAWRBNCB
DANIffi.S, a single adult, hereinafter called second partiesr f
WHERBAS, the parties hereto did, on July 22, 1965 enter
into a certain Articles of Agreement providing for second parties
purchase of certain property apon terms and conditions therein
provided; which said Articles of Agree~ent is on file in Official
Records Book 123 at Page 410 of the Public Records of St . Lucie
County, Florida; and ~
. WHSRBAS, the said Articles of Agreement contains an
erroneoas legal description of the property covered thereby;
which said erroneous legal description the parties hereto desire
to now correctly set forth.
NOW THSRfiFORB, in consideration of the sua of $1.00 in
hand paid to each of the parties by the other parties said
Articles of Agresment shall be, ani the same is hereby amended 4

so that the legal description therein set forth shall now and
hereafter properly read as follows, to-wits
The Soath 75 feet of Lots 14 and 15 of ~ ,
"DUKS SUBDIVISION according to a Plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 9, Page
34 of the Public Records of St . Lucie
Onunty, Florida.
and said Articles of Agreement as hereby amended is hereby
approved a~cl confirmed in all respects by the parties hereto.
