No building other than one private dwelling and garage (carporte) shall be erected on this lo~ ~ The dwelling shall have an inside livable floor area of at least 600 square feet and the garage (car- { porte) at least 180 square feet and shall be located at least 30 feet from street or back line, 2b feet from ~ side atreet lines and 10 feet inside linea of such lot. No outside toilet facilities will be permitted and septic tanks must be erected and maintained in a manner as prescribed by the St. Lucie County Board of Health. No drainage may be located within 26 ~ feet of an adjoining lot, 50 feet of a waterfmnt .lot, or b0 feet of any well. ~ 5. No tent, trailer, or any temporary type of structure shall be used as a residence, and the lot ~ shall not be used for storing y~ny materiale except construction in progress. ~ 6. No fence, wall, hedge, trees or shrubs which obstruct vision between 2 and 6 feet above road- ; ways will be permitted on any corner lot. And any fence, hedge or shrubbery on a waterhont site that i is within 30 feet of the water line can not exceed three feet in height. ~ - 7. No activity will be permitted which is a nuisance or annoyance to the neighborhood. Household t ~ pets are permitted if not maintained for any commercial purpose. ~ 8.
