SUPPLEMENTARY MORTGAGE AGREEMENT
THLS AGREEMENT made this ~ day of February, A. D.
~ 1966 by and between WILLIAM F~ FOY and LYNN M~ FOY, his wife,
hereinafter referred to as Mortgagors, and FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS
AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE, hereinafter referred to
as Mortgagee, WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, mortgagors are the owners in fee simple of real
property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as follows:
Lot 10, Block 9, of Replat of Palin Gardens, as
per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 12, page
42, of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida
AND WHEREAS the Replat of Palm Gardens supereedes and
_ is a replat of an area which was included in a plat entitled Collins Park
Subdivision which super8eded plat is of record in Plat Book 5, at page

~ AND WHEREAS Mort ors on the 19th day of October, 1962,

indebtedness of $5, 000. 00 therein described, which mortgage is re-
corded in Official Record Book 49, at page 214, St. Lucie County,
Florida records, which mortgage deed described ;~he real property
