EVELYN F. DEI~OLD NEVILLE, a free dealer, 1/2 interest, and A. BARLOW
HEIRES and CAROLINE HEIKES, his wife, 1/2 interest, Parties of the
Second Part, whose address is: c/o ~elyn F. Neville, P. 0. Box 291,
Vero Beach, Florida.
(Wherever used herein the terms "Party of the First Part"
and "Parties of the Second Part" include all the parties
to this instrument and the heirs, legal representatives
and assigns of individuals, and the successors and assigns
of corporations.)
WITNESS~TH, that said Party of the First Part, as Guardian of
the Property of A. Walter Rohrbach, Incompetent, did on the ~ 1'~-~
day of , A. D. 1966, petition the County Judge in and
for Indian River ounty, Florida, for an Order authorizing said
Guardian of the Property to sell property of the Ward to EVELYN F.''

~ and CAROLINE HEIKES, his wife, 1/2 interest, for the swon of
$20,000.00; and there being an Order authorizing the sale entered

Miles B. Mank, II, County Judg and for Indian River County,
Florida, directing the said JOHN H. S , as Guardian of the
Property of A. Walter Rohrbach, Incompetent, to convey the herein-
after described property to the Parties of the Second Part in accord- l
ance with said Order, under the terms and conditions herein set
