NW~, ALL in Section 3, T~wnship 34 Sout~, Range 40 East; said
land lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida; LESS all
roads, canals and drainage rights-of-way.
TOGETHER WITH all riparian and littoral rights appertaining
thereto.
Sub~ect to all easements, restrictions, reservations, dedi-
cations and rights-of-way of record.
Sub3ect to a Purchase Moneq Mortgage fr~m the Grantees to
the Grantor in the amount of $15,000.00.
Subject to taxes and assessments after the year 1965.
TOGETHER WITH all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
and with every privilege, right, title, interest, estate, reversion,
remainder and easement thereto belonging or anywise appertaining.
Tp HAVE AND ~0 HOLD the same unto the Parties of the Second
Part, their heirs and assigns in fee simple forever.
