apart from her said husband, did acknowleci~e that she made her4elf a part~ to the
aaid Deed oj ConL~eyance for the. purpose of renouncing, relinquishing and con-
ve~n~ all her ri~ht, title a~:d interest, whether of dower or oj separate property,
atatutory or eq~itable, in and to the lands ~herein described, a~:d thvt she executed
said deed freely and ifoluntarily, and urithout any constraint, fear, apprehens~o~¢
