F~OR~S CHATTEL MORTGAGE, made this~~day of February, 1966.
in which CHARLES E. MUNDELL, JR., Mortgagor, hereinafter qives to
the Mortgagees, ROBERT EDWARDS, and EUNICE EDWARDS, his wife, a
Chattel Mortgage on all of the property hereinafter described as
required by the aqreement of sale made and entered into, by and

between us, on the day of ~~_~l~~ under which the Mortgagor
acquired from the Mortgagees that certain business known as FULMLRS
Drug Store, located in the Food Fair Shopping Center in Fort Pierce,
Florida:
1. In order to secure a certain prom' note in the amount

of $55,000.00 payable in sixty ~ L Mi~ ta s, at 6$ interest, ;

commencing February 10, 1966, in the amount of $1,063.30, as each ~

monthly payment, reserving unto the Mortgagor the right of prepaying •
this mortgage without penalty of any sort, it is hereby given by the
Mortgaqor to the Mortgagees a Chattel Mortgage on the following:
All of the furniture, fixtures, furnishings, inventory, equip-

ment, merchandise, stock in trade, qoodwill, of the Fulmers Drug•Store
located in the Food Fair Shopping Center in Fort Pierce, Florida.
2. The Mortgagor covenants and agrees with the Mortgagees
that he will guarantee to keep the inventory in stock at the said

i Fulmers Drug Store, equivalent to the balance remaining unpaid on this
~ mortgage, so that the security of the Mortqagees will be adequately ~
i

~ protected herein as set forth in the agreement for sale signed by the `

~ parties hereto.

~ 3. In the event of default in this mortgage or any of the ~

° conditions thereof, a receiver may be appointed for the property herein
~

~ covered by this mortgage. .
