between CARLOTTA T. HAMILTON, of Harris County, Texas, individ-
ually, and as the duly appointed, qualified and acting ancillar~•
executrix of the Last Will and Testament of GLADYS T. McKSCffidIS,
deceased, late of Harris County, Texas, party of the first part,
and H. CLINTON DAVIS and MARY C. DAVIS, husband and wife, of St..
Lucie County, Florida, and whose mailing addresses are 1306 3outh
13th Street, Fort Pferce, Florida, parties of the second part,
WITNESSETH:
WHERSAS, on ~anuary 31, 1966, upon the petition of said
party of the first part, the Honorable J. M. Sample, County Judge
in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, authorized said party of
the first part to sell and convey the hereinafter described real
property of the estate of said GLP,DYS T. McKECffi~iIE, deceased, at
private sale to the said parties of the second part for the sum
of TEN TI30USAND DOLLARS ($10, 000.00) cash, less proration for
taxes at the time of closing.

the sum of TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($10,000.00) purchase money, less

such tax proration, paid at and before the execution and delivery
of this deed, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, said party

3 released, conveyed and confirmed, and by these presents does grant,
bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and confirm unto
said parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns, forever,
