tenaments, hereditaments and appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in anywise

subject, however, to all taxes to be assessed and levied upon
s aid property for 1966 and subsequent years.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said parties of the
second part, their heirs and assigns, in as full and ample manner
as the same was held, possessed and enjoyed by the said GLADYS
T. McI~CI~IIE, deceased, in her lifetime.
