SUBORDINATION OF ENCUMBRANCE TO PROPERTY
RIGHTS TO ST, LUCIE COUNTY
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Whereas, it is proposed
by St. Lucie County to locate, construct, maintain and/or improve
a Drainaae Ditch in said County; and,
wHEREAS, a.portion of ~he lands involved and necessary to said
Ditch is subject to__ Mortgage
held by the undersigned; and,
WHEREAS, on behalf of St. Lucie County a request has been made
for the undersigned to subordinate said encumbrance to the property
rights of St. Lucie County in and to the portion of the premises
hereinafter described.
NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSETH: That for and in consideration of
the premises and one dollar and other good and valuable considera-
tions, paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the undersigned
subordinates said encumbrance to the property rights of St. Lucie
County to locate, construct, maintain and/or improve said Ditch
over, through, upon, and/or across the following described lands,
being a portion of the encumbered premises in St. Lucie County,
Florida, to-wit: .
From the Southwest corner of Lot 20 of BEN HOGG'S SUBDIVISION,
! as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 19, of the St.
; Lucie County, Florida Public Records, run thence South 89 deg.-
E 38 min. East, along the South line of said Lot 20, 370 feet;
~ thence North 0 deg.-17 min. East, 30 feet to the North right-
~ of-way line of St. Lucie Boulevard and the Southeast corner
~ of lands of Lloyd T. Wyatt, et ux, as in Deed Book 260, Page
~ 419, St. Lucie County, Florida, Public Records; thence con-
tinue North 0 deg.-17 min. East, along the East line of said •
Wyatt land, 236.26 feet to a stake on the 5outh bank of
existing drainage canal (Taylor Creek), and the Point of Be-
ginning of the proposed Canal right-of-way herein described: .
From said Point of Beginning run North 59 deg.-13 min. West,
along the Westerly line of proposed Canal right-of-way, 38.0
feet; thence North 22 deg.-54 min. West, along said~right-
~ of-way line, 48.3 feet to the North line of aforesaid Wyatt
~ land, the same being a point on the North line of Lot 20 of
BEN HOGG'S SUBDIVISION; thence South 89 deg.-38 min. East,
~ along the North line of said Lot 20, 32•feet, more or less,
to the centerline of existing Creek channel; thence, mean-
~ dering the centerline of existing Creek channel, run South- ~

~ easterly 34 feet, more or less, to a point on the East line
~ of aforesaid Lloyd Wyatt land, 40.3 feet North of the Point
~ of Beginning; thence South 0 deg.-17 min. West, along the
