AGREEMENT FOR DEED
ARTICLES OF AGREEMENT, made this ag~day.of ~ ,
1966, between HENRY B. TIPPIE and PATRICIA S~ TIPPIE, his wife,
parties of the first part, and RUDOLPH KLAESEN and JOHANN KLAESEN,
as tenants in common, 1906 Totten Road, Fort Pierce, Florida, parties
of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that if the said parties of the second part shall ,

make the payments and perform the covenants hereinafter mentioned on ~
their part to be made and performed, the said parties of the first part
hereby covenant and agree to convey and assure to the said parties of
the second part, their heirs, executors, administrators or assigns, in
fee simple, clear of all encumbrances whateoever, by a good and sufficient
deed, the lots, pieces or parcels of land, situate in the County of St.
Lucie, State of Florida, known and described as follows, to-wit:
The South 330.4 feet of the North 660.9 feet of the
WZ of the NW4 of the SE4 of Section 32, Township
35 South, Range 40 East, less road right-of-w~y,
being 5 acres, more or less.
and the.said parties of the second part hereby covenant and agree to pay
to the said parties of the first part the sum of Four Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($4, 500.00) in the manner following:
The sum of One Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ~
($1, 250.00), in cash, upon the execution and delivery
of this Agreement for Deed; and the remaining balance
of Three Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Dollars 250.OOj
to be paid in three annual installments as follows; $1, 083. 33 ~
on December 27, 1966; $1, 083. 33 on December 27, 196? t
and $1, 083. 34 on December 27, 1968, plus interest at the ~
rate of six (6) per cent per annum on the unpaid balance, ~
interest payable with principal installments. Privilege is ;
~ given to prepay any part or all of the unpaid principal sum ~
~ at any time without penalty.
