the monthly installments which shall be payable to Eve
Salisbury who in turn will pay the First Mortgage install-
ments therefrom and apply the $40.00 balance against the
said FOUR HUNDRED SEVIIJTY DOLLARS ($470.00), upon the pay-
ment of which thereafter the installments shall be paid
to FIRST PARTIES at 6508-A Clayton Avenue, St. Louis,

Missouri 63139, or where otherwise designated in writing
by FIRST PARTIES, and to pay all taxes, assessments or im-
positions that may be legally levied or imposed upon said
land subsequent to the year 1965 and to keep the buildings
upon said premises insured in some company satisfactory to

respectively as their interests may appear, in a sum not
