THIS DEED, Made this 4th day of October, 1965, by and
between PETER K. BABALAS, Executor under the Will of BERNICS R.
POWELL, sometimes known as BERENICE R. POWELL; JAMES W. POWELIyTr'+
and BEVERLY G. POWELL, his wife; JEAN P. ALLEN and WILLIS STOCRT
ALLEN, her husband, hereinafter called the Grantors; to JAKBS W.
POWELL, SR., whose post office address is 1470 Sweet Briar Avenue
Norfolk 9, Virginia, hereinafter call the Grantee:
WITNESSETH: That the Grantors, for and in consider-
ation of love and affection, and other valuable considerations,
receipt whereof is hereby acknawledged, hereby grant, barqain,
sell, alien, remise, release, convey and confirm unto the Grantee
with General Warranty, an undivided one-half (1/2) interest in
that certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:
Lot nwnbered -12-, Block numbered -71-~ Unit
numbered -7-, Lakewood Park, St. Lucie County,
Florida, as per Plat on file in Plat Book 11,
Page 13 of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
~ IT BEING the same property conveyed to James W.
; Powell, Sr. and Berenice R. Powell, his wife,
~ by deed of Lake Indrio Corporation, a Florida
I corporation, dated October 7, 1961, and duly
~ recorded in the Clerk's Office of St. Lucie
County, Florida, in O.R. Book 21, Page 295.
The said Bernice R. Powell, also known as
Berenice R. Powell, died on November 1, 1963,
and this conveyance is made purs~aant to the
provisions of her Will probated in the Clerk's
Office of the Court of Law and Chancery of the ~
City of Norfolk, Virqinia, and recorded in Will
Book 1, at Page 418. ~
TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditameats and {

appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining. ;

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever. ~
AND the Grantors hereby covenant with said Grantee ~
that the Grantors are lawfully seized of said land in fee simple;
that the Grantors have good riqht and lawful authority to sell ~
AMATO, BABALAB, BREIT ~d convey said land; that the Grantors hereby fully warrant the
